That would be awesome!I tried to find a 1/32 Snoopy to go in the cockpit but have been unsuccessful so far.
Awesome.I will start on this tomorrow. I am volunteering today at an aid station for a 50K trail run.
I'm liking the balsa, nice touch. PanthermanSeeing as how the balsa wood worked for the interior, I'm going to try the same wood for the outside of the plane.
I've cut them to size however, they're just a little too thick. I decided to use a sanding board at 220 grit.
It's a little slow going but, like I've said in the past, this is not a race, it's for fun, pleasure, therapy - cognitive or dexterity, or whatever. For me, it's a little of all of the above

Box opened and a start made. Not as creative as Geg64 so going with the instructions on this one. Going to improve the seat as it came out a little bit too dark. Also need to tidt up the engine.I will open the box later this morning to see what fun awaits. Take care on the drive, that's alot of miles. Pantherman
Thanks. I saw it in my stash and thought, why not give it a go? So, as you know, I did.I'm liking the balsa, nice touch. Pantherman

Yeah… I wouldn't bother using balsa wood for interior. Grains too large for 1/32 scale.

how to create wooden propellers
I know I came across a video how to create a proper cockpit interior on a WW1 era aircraft. Just can't find it.
So I have tidied up the seat and being inspired by Geg64 I have added a cushion.Box opened and a start made. Not as creative as Geg64 so going with the instructions on this one. Going to improve the seat as it came out a little bit too dark. Also need to tidt up the engine.

Engine is done and mounted on the back plate. Guns went together really well, just got to remember to bore out the barrel. So I have tidied up the seat and being inspired by Geg64 I have added a cushion.
Now going to fit the fuselage together and carry on with the engine.

Have to agree with you, the more I put together the happier I am with it. Decent size as well so no microscopic parts. PanthermanI cracked open the box and man is this ever a beautiful kit. A far cry from the Hawk!
