My sister gave this to me for an early birthday gift a few weeks ago.

I have never built a helicopter.
I've decided to build it for an army buddy who was a door gunner on a Black Hawk during Desert Storm... it's hard to believe that is has been over 20 years since DS.

Should be fun!

I guess call me a seamstress. I have the hardest time getting rid of seams. I started with Mr. Surface 1000 which did not work. I think it had gone bad. Does Mr. Surfacer expire? I sanded all down then used Perfect Plastic Putty and that worked OK.
I saw a video where this guy used stretched sprue to fill in thin gaps. Maybe I'll give that a go. I would not use my sprue goo as the seams are too thin.

What are some tips or tricks that y'all use to make seams go away?
