I bought some extra tank stowage and some colors were still in shipping so i went for it and i may have ruined them. My hands are a bit shakey these days and not good at detail.

im gonna try to fix them if i can.

Nothing a magnifier and a brush can't fix, put a wash over it and it will look like it's always been there. Pantherman

Thank you. Magnifier on the way, ordered last week, tired of taking glasses on and off all the time.

Do i need to use clear laquer on them first before the wash? I do have wash, have not used it yet.

Looks to me like you already have a clear lacquer on them. Go with the wash. They go down fine even on matt surfaces. Pin washes are a bit picker but still work just fine. :)

I snipped the end of the quote, but I think the bottom line is each crew decided what went in (and did not) the external storage bins. Items left there were exposed to great harm, so highly treasured/personal items (like pics of your girl) stayed inside with the soldiers.
