Anyone knows of an exact replica model kit of John's 1969 Mustang. I have the Chevelle kit. I found a 1/25 scale resin John Wick figure looking to make up a little display.

Thanks

The 1969 Mustang made me fall in love with all (wait, most) Mustangs.

Over time (or decades) I changed my mind to think the '67 was the penultimate, but my love of the Marque has not subsided. This one here is my 1st wife, we got together in the 1980s, next to my DD.

That is the kit I have, John's 69 also had a scooped hood...I need to track down a hood....BUT, If I cannot find one, I will go with this kit from the box
That would be the "Mach 1" hood scoop, some were decorative, but some were "shakers".

Please update with whether that kit comes with the "shoulder scoops" on the quarters. These are not pictured on the box, but a '69 should have them. If not included, did/will you make your own?

1967 hood would not be correct for a 69, The 69/70 has one unique to those two years.

MCS1056 s talking about the non-functional scoops on the rear quarterpanels. Those were a Mach-1 item not found of the Boss 302/429. They are really cool though. The side scoops on my 67 are also non functional, just there for the looks, but they were only offered on one model-year.

Here's a decent depiction of the differences of a '69 Mach compared to a '69 Boss.
