Have noticed that a lot of the Round 2 kits are curbside and others are old AMT kits reboxed and are the original molds from the 80's. That are great for 1984 but for today are way outdated compared with other companies that actually put out the investment of new tooling..as always buyer...

It is so amazing that something as this hobby is so rewarding. Finishing a project no matter the size, the time at the bench manipulating plastic away from all of the BS.. I think that the latter is the most important factor!! :) thanx

Have been out of the pocket for most of 2015.. Promotion meant almost twice the hours.. Finally able to get back to the bench a few weeks ago.. Feels great to be back feeding the addiction.. Will be posting a few projects in the coming weeks.. Hello to everyone in SMA land.. everyone's projects...

Finally able to start on the optics and periscopes on the turret.. Used blue plastic sheet on the rear to represent the mirrors.. Used gold and a small pc of green for the forward optics unit.. Thanks for looking,,

And onto the mirrors.. The PVA used seemed to dry funny leaving the material a bit wavy.. Thanks for looking...

Next on the list is the rear hitch assembly..... wanted to show the retaining pin in place and did it with a single pc of wire folded over like a cotter pin..... Thanks for looking..

Not a lot done this weekend and this week almost nothing will get done due to work, maybe for the next 2 to 3 weeks... So fuel caps done, only a small pc of PE on each... Thanks for looking...
