OK, back to this. Got one seat done and in, the other started.

I will be sure to load up the nose. The B-58 is done but for one decal I effed up. So I got back to the Phantom and started this. I sprayed zinc chromate green all over the interior stuff. LOL Started doing the PE on the pilots console. Sorry about the blurry pic on that one.

Yes, I am aware. This is the latest release of those molds. The point of the build, to my understanding, being that we get out hands on the latest release of the kit to see if it is as horrid as some claim.

Its a solid kit. Plenty of opportunity for scratch building and after market if you can find it.

I have yet to actually build a Tamiya or Meng. I have, however, had the opportunity to dry fit assemble the major parts of both. I think either of those would be the best as far as fit and all that and being accurate. I am waiting for Tamiya to come out with something besides the B before I...

And mine came in today. The decals say 2016 and its certainly the same box as the ones in HL. So Im going with its the latest release. Quick inspection shows no flash of any amount. Parts look good to me. So we shall see. Also, this was an Ebay purchase and it came with some photoetch. Wont...
