    well ... she is finished. Unfortunately, it got damaged during transport to a local hobby show (qmhe.com) - lost the tail wheel... might buy a second kit and do an inflight version and scavage the tail wheel for this kit.

    decalling done. Airfix went over the top with decals, there are stencils everywhere

    last of the main painting on the rudder and horizontal stablisers. hand painted the blue around the rudder and horizontal stablisers.

    G'Day All, working on the Airfix 1/72 Supermarine Spitfire Mk.22. Built straight from the box. Interior painted as per instructions. Painted the external with Gunze (H309, H306, H335) paint and masked using Tamiya tape and AK Camouflage Elastic Putty.
