1/2500 Breen Cruiser

Just finished up my build. Jasonius over at SSM has me doing the decals for them, so you can see them in all their glory here. Is it too much though? Are the panels too dense or do they cover too much area? We're in the process of doing some final edits before printing....your thoughts would be appreciated.

For my build up I mixed a nice blue color and then added insignia red and light gray to make the lavender. The highlighted panels are with rust, straight out of the bottle. The whole thing got a dry brushing of aluminum and then a cold gray MiG wash. I then put the decals on and silvered then greened the "lit" areas. Enjoy.

It does seem to be rather colorful, but I don''t have any base of reference.
Where does this ship come from.
It's a very kewl design. I like the asymmetry of it.

Must have been later DS-9.
At the time I didn't have cable, and wasn't very impressed w/the show, BUT friends told me that in later seasons it got really good!!!

Huge fan of this design. I think it looks great Nick. Very nice job here.

IMO, the panels on the blue parts of the hull look good. However going from the pics I've got, the metallic 'wing' area panels look a little more subtle and less dense.

I believe this was never a physical model, but only CGI model used for filming.

Really hoping for a remastering of the DS9 film. Like what they're doing with TNG. Then we could see all the awesome ship models from DS9.
