Straight out of the box build with one piece rubber tracks snaked from some Tamiya kit to speed things up. Cyber-Hobby = Dragon yes?? What's the story behind the name change?

Very nice!

Cyberhobby is a sub-brand for Dragon. Initially all the CH offerings were Dragon OEM kits with additional CH parts as limited edition single-run kits (white boxes). Then CH started operating as its own brand with 'green' boxes and then rolled out the 'orange' box value-line that re-uses old DML Imperial Series or early-run Dragon molds with additional upgrades (figures, Magic tracks, etc.) added for the 'value' proposition.
