Thanks Andy, I appreciate you reply. Just got to the point where I hated that roof. Remove  the pewter strip , saved that ! Then realised the whole thing was too big. I learnt a lot from doing the building, found that some of my primers were  the wrong  using acrylic should have used enamel . Going to put the whole thing down to one of experience   and a giant test piece
