I'm in the process of building this kit at the moment...nice simple kit...but a fair amount of detail too

Yeah, I might knock the sheen down with a flat coat...it IS shiny...

1/9600, so about half the size of the Moebius kits?

almost...half the size would be 1/8210. i think they based this scale off of some gaming miniatures from a while back...

Bit too shiny for my tastes, but the detail is definitely better than the Alliance kit that was roughly the same size
