1971 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible

Its been a year since i posted anything i'd figured i start with a new project it was one of my stepuncles old models that he built back in 1991. This started out as a hardtop the rear window area was badly marred by Testors glue(Orange Tube) so i decided to remove the roof and make it into a convertible. Im building this all stock the engine im using is from a Monogram 70 GTX (440 ci) debating on keeping the Shaker hood or the twin snorkel one. The color is undecided.

The other day i'd stripped the old paint off the engine to get rid of the Moroso decals beings that this build is gonna be a factory stock build. I'd repainted the engine with Dupli-Color "Engine Enamel" Chevrolet Orange a close match to the stock Hemi Orange.
