68 GT500

Decided to start the 68 Shelby GT500 I got while I wait for the sherman tank, and something to work on while I wait for glue and resin to dry on the diorama I'm building.

The model is an AMT kit, normally they are really good for me but this one is a problem child. Poor fit, gaps, flash, and the sanding. I think I've done more sanding on this kit than any other I've built recently.

I was going to prime it for painting today but alas the rains came, well that and I went to look at a couple of houses today.

Got some more done. Close to being finished with it.

Just got to wait for good weather to airbrush the body a gloss black.

On another note, I got the m4 sherman for the 716 battalion build but no figures.

Finished with the GT500. For some reason I can't find the hood won't close all the way, but everything else is good.
