Hi everyone,

This will be my last work before I close the modeling cave for the spring/summer. :)
It's going to be a inflight diorama(can you call it like that?) depicting a British commando assault glider just being released by either a c 47 or a halifax glider tug.
The first part is done, the glider.
The second part is half way almost done the halifax and the C47 halfway I'd say.

But which one of the two should I use?
Anyway some pics

Tell what you think!
Thanks!

I or got to say that all the kits are 1/72 scale the glider and C47 are italeri and the halifax is a revell kit.
I should also mention that I cut the control surfaces and put them so the glider is in a steep dive to the target.

Well I'll sett it up like that once a have a base plate and some rods

Thanks.

Thanks geegad!

Here's an small update, weatherd the glider a bit considered done just waiting to put it up on a display.
The halifax is almost done, decals and all the small stuff needs to be added.
The c 47 is still in the painting department waiting to be masked and paint the bottom in a grey tone.

I'll wait until the two glider tugs are ready and then I'll decide which one will be together with the glider.

Tell me what you think.

I really like this idea you have :) id go with the c47 myself. It will always be THE transport of ww2 in my eyes :)
Cant wait to see this finished ;D

Thanks ridgers22, I finished the stripes on the c47 today , so paint is drying.
Maybe I'll add some pics tonight.
