It's a bit too dirty but I had a lot of fun adding some tiny details, like the Astromech, and painting it. It's no perfect material, but a good week end project done... :D

Nice work.
Never cared much for the design. But you did well with the model

I like it a lot, even have it as a bbbiiiiiiiiig toy.

I've got the bigger one from Revell but since I only build it with no painting nore improvements, it's useless to show it here.
I've got a kitbash project with the "Black Widow" WWII plane to give a different look with a similar design (like my Vipers, Raider and such...).

looks great

I have the regular easy kit which comes out to about 1/72. What scale is the pocket kit?

Very little scale (about the size of my thumb) maybe 1/144 ? I made the dome of the astromech with one of the sprue part of the Anakin's podracer. It has the round shape just right. :D

Looks great!

I've got the biiiig biiiiiiiiiig toy as well. Picked it up cheap. I'm hoping to upgrade it to model standards once my skills improve. It'll be tricky, though. The wings are way out of scale.

It's always tricky with the hasbro toys, but most of the time it's worth the effort :D Goold luck on this one (can't do that, it's packed and unpacked it will take my space... :D That's what Clones do :D)

It does look just right. I was wondering about that since the Easy Kit version did not have an astromech driod despite having the place where one goes molded into the canopy. I've been considering using a spare driod head from the fine molds spure since it is close enough to scale.

The plastic Sprue from Anakin's Podracer is just the perfect shape and size. I just added some tiny plastic parts to simulate the "shoulders" and paint the dome (red as you can see), the eye is an EDUARD Photoetch part made to be, normally, a light on model kit planes.
