For the next build, I want to thank Badgrendels for the subject kit:

A quick look at the sprues for the fully poseable figure

First stage of the build was the upper torso and head

The legs were completed not too long after that

A good choice of weapons is given

Okay, minus the hands, construction is finished here. Backpack is finished and installed onto the guy's back

For final loadout, I chose the long rifle with bipod.
I drybrushed the gun and parts of the pack with silver to bring out details
The details were finished with a combination of grey paint and kit supplied decals.

After a coat of sealer, I gave the whole model a black wash, wiping off most of the excess for a very weathered effect.

Nice! This kit looks good enough you don't even really need to paint it for display, other than a little wash. I can't wait for mine to arrive.

Yeah, the wash was only to dirty him up.
Looks pretty sharp right out of the box.

Thanks, Cave_Dweller

Wow. That makes a really nice out of the box display. Your simple weathering gives it that extra pop. Very nicely done.

Looks cool Q. Nice one to add to your collection (which must be rather huge)

Thanks, Scott.
And, yes, the collection's getting big.
May have to start paring things down a bit soon
