This is my first post so if it's in the wrong place I my apologies.
In March I started my first 6th scale scratch build creations- a radio controlled WWII Jeep, trailer, cargo and figures.
I then got an idea to try a WWII BSA M20 motorbike but thought I would get in the right frame of mind by repairing an old Action Man/GI Joe BSA B40.
That then turned into more of an upgrade than a simple repair (see Photo).
Next step is to replace the original spokes with metal ones (which should keep me busy for a while).
I hope this helps anyone who hasn't done a scratch build before because they think it will be "too difficult".
I started my Jeep in March it took 9 months including the figures, cargo and RC modifications. The B40 was in a fair old state and it has taken me 2 months to get it this far. All done in my spare time.
