Because most of my paints are in these squeeze bottles, it is a pain to pull out the nozzle to stir... I started using these ball bearings and it seems to make a difference. Pop the top, plop one in, "oh what a relief it is". Then when the bottle is empty, retrieve the ball for reuse!
