I have a Fine Molds Type 3 I made years ago. I can't remember how I figured out the colours, I suspect I to some extent at least just used whatever I thought looked Japanese tank to me. Pretty sure it isn't completely authentic, it looks good to me though. When you first start researching it's easy to go down the rabbit hole though
