I was able to try some new techniques with this build. First off, I have never painted a figure before. So the was lots of trial and error there. That is until I saw Chris S' posting showing how to paint them. Thanks Chris!!! I also used AK's heavy chipping fluid. I had never used chipping fluid or hairspray so that way really interesting. Next time I may use some salt to make the chipping a little easier. Then I also used some dust effects, grime, rust, and some other washes. Overall I'm pretty happy. I hope you guys like it!

Thanks for looking!

He's kewl!!!!
The color scheme reminds me of certain zoids kits from the late '80's.
Such as the Dark Horn, and Dead Border. Black with a bright green plastic that would glow in the dark! ;D ;D ;D

Thanks ModelMaker!!!

I really just had a bunch of fun putting this guy together! The idea I was going for was a Night Stalker! Over all I'm pretty happy!

I do have a zoids kit with this color scheme.

The figure looks good from what I can see in the photos. Nice work!

Thanks Grendels!!! Even though the colors aren't found in the color cards I figured it was within the rehlm of posibility... ;D Something you might appreciate, my wife is an electrical engineer. The other day she looked at the little guy and said "He's pretty cool, but it would be even better if we lit him up with some LED's" So the next Ma.K figure I do, my wife is going to help me put some LED's in it. ;D

Adam the dark metal effect looks great. A bit of the iron look going on there. Nice to see someone else getting their feet wet with the AK stuff. Great job on Gustav.

Great to see a colour scheme like this. Makes a change from the olive drab, green. Excellent work on the figure too.
