You should look at the rest of his channel, he does go a bit crazy with stuff. Roast a pig with a flame thower for example.....

I thought phosphorus rounds were illegal and against anything civilian in the Geneva Convention?

His real name is Kyle, used to watch his Call of Duty videos on youtube before he started using the guns for real. He comes from Georgia, America. One of my favourite channels by far.
