This was part of The Jolly Roger Series by Lindberg Models that recast the original 1970's Pirates of the Caribbean Disney Kits!!
This doesn't get any better for Model Kit Collector's or Builders...a very cool Kit that combines Pirates with a Haunted Theme...and an Giant Squid!
This is a 1/12 scale kit!! The Diorama is 5" tall at completion!
This is the 2nd issue of these Kits (the 1st was 1974, based on the Walt Disney Theme Park Ride) and this very detailed kit is fondly remembered!!
This is a very easy kit to build and paint and would be a perfect Gift for the Model Kit Fan on your list, but Modeling skills are needed!!
