Is it possible to use a dark forum theme for my tired eyes?

That is what I miss most here,..the white print on black back ground, with day glo orange header titles ...it was the shiznack

Down at the bottom of the page, left hand side. You can select - Scale Model Addict Dark.

I'm the odd man out. I prefer the light background. Is it configurable by user profile?

Never mind, it is: Profile>Preferences>Style.

If there is an option to switch from dark to light ok. If this forum is going to be all dark, I will not approve because my eyes don't like darkness.

You can control whether it is Dark or Light Theme in the preferences in your account settings , Or , at the bottom- left on the home page . ,
edit - bottom-left on all the pages
