Well, I have been doing some modelling the past 6 months I just got sidetracked and didn't update any of the threads. Being as I'm about to get parts to move forward on my Knox I decided I should update this as well.
I completed the basic assembly of this to the point of doing the tracks and everything was pretty straight forward.

At this point it was time to work on the tracks. I had purchased a set of PE tracks for it but after looking at the assembly instructions realized it just was not something I was going to do. The included snap together tracks are pretty nice and only took about a half hour to assemble. I think the PE tracks would have taken a half hour per link. Here's a peek at the instructions. Certainly, way more than I want to do.

I then tack glued with some PVA the doors that were to be posed open when finished. And painted the camo without the tracks on. I used the masking putty for Andy's HHQ, it's probably the same thing as the AK masking putty to do the camo. And snapped the tracks in place. Then opened up the hatches again.

Next I painted the details like the exhaust and canvas on the rear etc. and did some weathering. I placed the figure in just for refrence to the size of the FT17. This is actually a British WW1 Soldier.

If I did a last critique of this kit I would say I definitely recommend it. The only thing you really have to look out for is making sure all the panels line up that make up the upper hull. It's one of those kits where you'll want to assemble the upper hull kind of all at once and place the top cover on it loose just to make sure everything is lined up correct. If you just glue a couple of the hull pieces together at a time and let it dry there's a good chance it won't be lined up correctly when it's time to put the top on.
