assuming you have taken the pictures and uploaded them to your computer, you should get a photobucket account (photobucket.com) its free and takes a few minutes to setup.
then its a case of up loading those images from your computer to your photobucket account and then selecting them and posting them on here. all you have to do is look at the image in your photobucket folder and scroll your mouse over the 4 options below it. select the bottom one which incorporates the images with tags and click that... it will now copy the full address of the image and you can then return here and copy and paste the full address here and when you are done it will display the picture.
