So my build this year will be the Hasagawa VF-11B Thunderbolt. I haven't gotten the picture of the kit taken yet, that will be forth coming.

I had to borrow the girl child's phone to get the time/date in the picture. Building starts tomorrow..still have to decide how its going to repaired and restored, I have a couple ideas,

First day of building. Worked on the cockpit some, and put together the wings.

Day 2, Cockpit closed up, started work on the main body. I'm still waffling between making one whole wing bare metal as if it had been replaced, or making several bare patches as if they repaired bullet holes.

I say go for both... have a bare metal wing coming in to replace the bullet hole ridden one!

Work has been an energy sucking vampire this week, but I'm taking an extra day off so I'm hoping to make up some time this weekend on this build.
