IDK , I just did a lot of looking too and didn't find any tanks with that font .
Might be artistic license .
Best thing to do would be to go over to Missing Links and track down Donald Campbell , or someone else that would know :

I did learn a whole lot about Panzer markings in the process though .

I did a web search on "german number fonts", too, just to see what comes up. Because the style reminds me more some Russian numbers. So far, I've seen similar fonts but not the same.
