Maybe you know this 1989 awesome movie VENUS WARS.
I like it a lot and never found any trace of the garage kit. And, some day, on ebay, there it is at last one of them, a Hound Bike in Resin and some white metal (but no decals)

I built it 3 years ago, I was seriously ill, can't even concentrate to watch TV or read a book, but wanted to get busy so I began to work on it (sanding, Surface primer and so on...).
After 3 days it was done. Not a perfect job (some details are not accurate and needed to be corrected) but enough to be exhibit anytime. That has been done, a few times...

Interesting vehicle kit. I've not heard of this series before. It resembles the "Junk Tank Rock monobike.
Your build looks good from the photo. Can you post more pictures in better lighting? I'd like to see more of it

It should proove to be difficult since the model is in bad shape... Maybe some old pictures from exhibition events ?

It's not a Serie, it's a movie, and before that, a Manga from Yasuhiko Yoshikazu, character designer of Gundam...
Music from Joe Hisaichi. Mecha design from the very same guy who did SF3D AKA MaK :D

yeah sure, exhibition event photos would be cool. I like the Ma.K World stuff a lot

hmmmm...
Difficult to find anything on my files, since I participate on a LOT of exhibition every year.

Here is an example :D

No Hound bike here, just to show what kind of exhibit I'm on every 3 months or so...

This ones can do the trick I think...

Awesome model, I loved that anime used to have it on VHS! I also like your votoms stuff, I'm a big fan of that series. That pose you have the scope dog in is cool.

Thanks.
I think Venus Wars is available on DVD wich is a good thing since the US version is baaaaaad (too much dialogue, not even correctly translated from the Original version) :D

COncerning Votoms, I've got a lot of model kits from the TV series, Soft vinyl kits, plastic kits.
If it's not here, will post topics about them shortly :D

But right now you can see those models right here :

Thanks !

I try to have fun with it for years now and share this fun part with others, with exhibition and even contests or "initiation". Managed to have Bandai kits for years, before they stopped selling it in France (Gundam didn't have a chance here since Model kits are "dead" and Gundam was never broadcasted properly), had some Star Wars kits from Revell too in order to show people that it's a fun, easy hobby, for children, grown up, ladies and gentlemen included.
Did try this method for 12 years now. I don't want to exhibit some final product. People use to think, then, that "holy molly, you need patience, skills and artistic materials to do all this... What details ! You may have worked on that for years"... In fact you only need practicing, some of my kits were down in a matter of days, sometimes weeks, the ones tooking years is essentially because I don't have patience ;)
So, working on kits and doing an exhibition in the meantime lead you to discuss this kind of details with people. Yes, it's easy ! Yes, you can gather parts here and there. Yes, it can be quick if you're not too ambitious and if you know what you're doing. Yes, you don't need specific materials nore tools to do anything you want. :D

I do think, and pretend that people began to build model kits of their own because of that kind of positive attitude.
Plus, I don't sell anything, but my kindness and some advice. I even GIVE kits to people.

That's sharing. That's passion. ;D
