How long can I leave pre-cut (tape) masks on a canopy?

I am working on an Airfix P-40B. I managed to damage the wheels I want to use. I have contacted Airfix's spares department, but it might take a couple weeks to get anything from them.
I have completed most of the painting on the plane, but still need to do some gloss coats and weathering.
THE ACTUAL QUESTION
How long can I leave these masks on here before they damage the clear plastic. Right now it has been about a week.

I suppose I could do everything BUT the wheels and then redo the wheels all by themselves

That pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive can't damage plastic .
