i plan to make a more standard looking BF-109G-10 with open landing gears like the Ace Of Spades P-51B Mustang, it will be featured in my collage dorm, and this is how its going so far!

first i painted the cockpit, i noticed that Testors gray is too light, so this time i made my own grey by mixing a little black with the grey to make a dark grey

starting assembly of the fuselage and such.

with everything together i started painting.

almost done just a few details to attend too, the landing gears on this kit went together nicely, i went with a different stile of camo, and love it, in fact i will probably use it more frequently from now on, it gives the plane a nice clean blended look! as i said, she will appear more standard, not like my other BF-109s with unique designs!

the aircraft will receive the name Jeanette, after a German lady friend of mine i have known for a few years, though... her name is French.

here it is, it is one of the simpelest but cleanest looking BF-109G-10 Messerschmitts i have, it is also the first with open landing gears, and has received the name "Jeanette."

Your skills have improved since you joined this forum!! That is looking nice.

i think my Ace Of Spades P-51 looks better, but i am not afraid to say... this design may just be my cleanest looking one, beacuse it is so simple, there was little i needed to do, so it looks clean.
