That's right. I'm on the Consular bandwagon. 
Gotta say it's at the very least in my top ten and right now it's one of my favorite. I love seeing all the other builds people are doing...
Anyway, here are a couple of Odyssey Slipway's 1/2256 Radiants. The base coat is insignia red; the white trim is a combination of paint and DECALS...actually, it's mostly decals. The only painted trim is on the center section "wings" and the u-shaped pattern along the spine. THE REST ARE DECALS. I've NEVER done such detailed decal work before. :shock: The engines are silver with clear amber over the top and there's a cool gray wash over the whole thing. Enjoy!

you can see how off scale the anigrand piece is. OS's kit is exactly on spot in terms of scale and length.
I've also been starting to get into making GIFs...so I made one of the Radiant.
And a couple of other bonus GIFs...
