Hi, I have a black rubber bayonette that i use on one of my rifles for display. I would like to paint a sharpend edge on the knife but im not sure how to do it. Someone suggested i spray it with plasti dip first because normal paint wont stick to the rubber but i have not done anything yet.
I plan on using my blue tack for the pattern down the blade, but not sure how i would paint it.
Do i use plasti dip first?
How about colors, maybe silver and black not fully mixed so it has streaks of both, im really not sure?
This of a hard black plastic rambo knife, just to give you an idea of the knife i have.
Any suggestions? I know this is a tough thing to do online so i understand suggestions or just that.
