Basically this is an awesome kit for a 1/144 jet. EASY fit, clean lines, incredible detail. A new scheme for the PAK-FA just surfaced so I kind of want to try it….

Very nice little kit.
May need to find one of those for myself to go with my Black Widows

Went together like butter. Absolutely. The missile bay and gear doors fit practically without glue!!

I replaced the pitot with a broken drill bit because it kept getting bent and would have snapped off at the next bump. I also applied flat black to certain areas and pit some tiny masks on. Thinking ahead I’d like to apply the white coat first then mask but I’m waiting until I have the Spitfire’s tail painted white…

I like 1/144 scale they look realy good once they are finished. You have such a good progress so far cant wait to see once it is done. ;)

Wow that has some great detail for 144. Crisp little panel lines there.
And that's a brilliant idea for the pitot.

Two layers of paint down: white and medium gray! Two more rounds of masking and painting to go!!

HUGE pain. HUUUUUUUUUGE. I just did the darker gray (gunship from a rattle) and the masking is SOOO damn tedious! But it pays off in the end. I'm going to hand brush the engines right now actually...she'll be done before the weeks out :p
