The figures, which were discarded shortly after purchase, were rather large; certainly not 1/25 but bigger. I've compared standard 1/24 and 1/20 scale figures and both don't fit. My guesstimate is a weird 1/22 scale.

So, I'll just settle for that and call it good. BTW the back doors don't look so good when closed and being something of a toy it's to be expected. I've decided to leave them as-is and partially open.
