Well here is the finished product. It has no decals, well because the model came with stickers. I didn't want to use the stickers, and could not find after market decals for this bird. I did try to make my own, but that didn't work out. With the dark paint on this model, the home made decals just didn't work. If anyone has any suggestions on how to make decals for a dark model it would be appreciated.

Looks really good there, Grendels.
And, sadly, the only way I know to brighten decals is to print them on white decal film, which causes other problems if you don't trim them closely enough

i could try to custom make you some decals, just send me the printer paper you wanted it printed on, and email me what you want for the Decals, and i may.... just may be able to darken them for you!

Ace: Quaralane got it right, you would have to use white backed decal paper. I have some, but don't feel like trying to trim up the decals that closely. This is a small kit, and it just isn't worth that much work to get a few decals in place. I have thought about buying an alps printer, but they are rare and when you do find one, expensive. Not to mention that you can't get what it uses for ink very easily.

So she sits as she is, with no decals. Still looks good to me.

One thing, I used a Macro lens to take a few close ups of the cockpit. You can't see those scratches with the naked eye.

Think it looks good without decals... Like the first shot so much I had to play with it in photoshop. ;D
