Swordfish II - Cowboy Bebop - Bandai - 1/72

Hi,
This time I wanted to show you model of a space ship Swordfish II. It was used by Spike Spiegel from series Cowboy Bebop. Model is made in plastic by Bandai company in 1/72 scale. Du to a fact that he was in good shape only for couple of shots in one episode I decided to make him a bit damaged.

Nice paint work. I've gotta repaint mine sometime. I went with a plain red spray can and have never been satisfied. There's so much detail to reference that I have been putting it off for years now. I have the Red Tail from the last release Bandai did the other year still boxed waiting for a Bebop Session. Now Bandai needs to get cracking on the Hammerhead!

Some time ago Hammerhead was released in resin in 1/144 scale but I'm unable to trace it anywhere

1/72 is small enough! Even if you could find the HH at 144, I wonder whether it would be worth it.

I'm dreaming of starting the Bebop herself. At 1/72, it'd be massive, but a 144 of that might not be too bad. It's a matter of building the ref library by plowing through the series and getting a grab of every single shot of the ship. The rest is 'simple'. lol!
