Syrian Rebel home made tank

I just saw this on the web and I thought what a great scratch build to work on, this would be my first. Behold a Syrian rebel DIY tank! Wow, it's a beauty. Totally anti-personal, wouldn't survive a tank or AT round.
I'm going to think about what materials to buy and what type of vehicle to start. It's basically an armored car with a remote controlled machine gun. No windows, this vehicle relies on cameras mounted outside to see what's going on and maneuver. Notice the LCD and a Playstation controller, a lot of ingenuity.

Definitely Anti-personal, even then, I doubt it would stand up to small arms AP rounds, but still, got to hand to their ingenuity!

I agree because of it's simplicity, that's what I like about it design wise. It would be cool to see a variation of this DIY tank from the SMA community.
