This is my first post on this site with m very first motorcycle build. I think this is only the 5th model I have ever built in general. Lots of mistakes which led to lots of learning. In my opinion, it does not compare to some of the other builds on this site, but I am still proud of it.

Out of Box build. The bike and color were chosen by my girlfriend since this will be sitting on her desk. Sorry for the fuzzy pictures, the cell phone was the only camera I have at the moment.

Love the colour and the bike looks pretty good from here. Every build is a learning experience. Keep up the good work.

Ian,
I think I might steal your pictures and take credit for the work. Just kidding. Funny coincidence that the colors and bike are almost identical, although yours seems to have a lot more detail. I love it. Good job to you as well!

5th ever kit, and you ended up with that.
I'm impressed, I had 5 times as many kits and even a couple of bikes under my belt and couldn't get mine to turn out that clean.
Also didn't help I went with the full PE detail sets, bikes are not a good introduction into PE

What paints did you use?

Thanks! Most of the paint was Tamiya. I forgot what ghe color code for the blue paint was, but it was tamiya ts series rattle canned over a white base. I did use some alclad on the front forks and rear sprocket at well.
