Considering Spray Nine is a degreaser/cleaner, I would probably say no.

One thing though, super clean is a degreaser, and it will strip paint. So you never know. Also, enamel is oil based paint.

Probably not well for a thinner. Plus It'd be more expensive than just buying some laquer thinner.
