The only addition I'll make to this kit are the Lion Marc ZB 53 barrels.

ah good man spitfire glad you jumped in. looking forward yo your build

It should be a fairly straight forward build. All the sprues got a bath tonight and I'll start on it tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to cleaning the flash off the tracks, but assembly won't be hard. Since I don't have any weathering supplies at the moment it will be a fairly clean build.

Here is what I'm thinking of doing for the paint scheme:

Museum of Slovak National Uprising
However, I don't know the exact color used nor what would be a close shade to match it. It appears to be some shade of olive drab. Any help with the colors or more pictures of that specific tank would be greatly appreciated!

very cool, a 38t. There is something about this tank...maybe the rivets that cry out for weathering.

Keep in mind that the ref museum pic is a re-paint and may not be original color. looks to be a drab green to me. Tamiya makes a color similar to that shade, XF 51 khacki Drab. Hope that helps.

I'm going to build mine fairly nice and clean like the one at the museum. It's a neat tank in that a lot of it is riveted together rather than welded. I'll look into the paint color.
