Here is my "little" USS Voyager from the 3 pieces set made by Revell 15 years ago (maybe more ?).

It was meant to be simple but it wasn't, some nasty seams were to be filled, and the lack of clear parts for the engines, for example, made the paint process difficult. Since I developped methods with my Gundam markers, I ended up with simple technics and a prime grey/blue base coat and made all the other colors and details with markers. The windows were painted with pencils, white and black.
An aftermarket board from JT Graphics made the job easier on the decals. The display stand is obviously one resin cast from another company (no way I use the horrible "mountain like" asteroid to make it stable). I just added the shape of the Voyager Communicator (the one from DS9 too isn't it ?).

Here the pictures are not about the finish kit. I'll try to find other shots about it :D

Hard to believe it is a mall version - she looks great! :)
The tones of the hull which are darker then the prime coat - were the pre- or pst- shaded?, Just curious, 'cause I haven't decided myself for my kit, which way to go during coloring.. :-\

Did try pre-shading once... Never succeded in it. Do prefer post-shading, it's my drawing skills legacy... :D Especially with Gundam Markers.
