I believe that I didn't show you my VF-1J fighter 1/72 scale from Hasegawa.
Sorry for the bad quality of the pictures, it's old, and when I did it I was never tempted to shot my progress or make a Work in progress for that matter. The pics here are "as is". The kits are... somewhere. Really simply don't know...
I made an exhibit with a F-14, same scale, from Heller (an horrible kit but I wasn't looking for a good kit but a comparison of volume and shapes) but painted in the same way than the Blue VF-1J. It was crude but effective. It was made to compare reality and fiction and the fun fact is that some time later Macross Zero made appear a F-14 in the Macross Saga.
Found out some personnal shots done at salon de la maquette 2005 if i'm right.

I bought that in purpose, really cheap with this advise "it will go and go again a week or so with a single battery". And in fact it does... And 1 week more in another exhibition later.
