I looking for some sandpaper to start the work on my plastic model car body. I am not sure what kind of brand is a great brand. Any suggestion would be great. I'm looking for 800p,1500p, 3200p, 3600p, 6000p, and 8000p.

I did see a kit on Amazon for 25 dollars, the kit is called "Micro-Mesh Model Polishing Kit". My question would be is this a good deal or is this to expensive and is this brand a good brand. Any help would be great thanks.

There are a few different versions out there.

These are a plastic backed sheet, instead of material or cloth.

Detail Master version of the MicroMesh system, cloth backed sheets

The other version is the pads, still the MicroMesh system, but instead of a sheet, the grit is adhered to each side of a foam pad.

They all work about the same, the plastic backed sheets, while cheaper, some people report that the grit doesn't last as long as they don on the cloth backed, or the pads. Personally, I have a set of the pads, and they work well enough for what I use them for.
