So where are my fellow Canadians buying Ma.K. stuff? I've a hankering to try a power suit and I saw some exquisite resin figures...

Hey sunsanvil
There are a few options,
Is there any Asian Mall in your area? If there is and there is a hobby shop inside they might have some of the Wave and Hasagawa kits. Ask a regular hobby show if they can get these two companies.
There is always feeBay but that the last resort. I know that Hobby Link Japan has the Ma.k / SF3D kits , descent prices and descent prices on shipping and some are on sale.

I've had mine since they came out on the early 1990's and only decided to build one about 2 months ago. Now I want to get a few more.
Talk to you later

I agree with DXM; Hobby Link Japan is a good place to start, take a look at the Starship modeler online store also, they have the resin figures and I've gotten good service from them in the past.

I have picked up a lot of the Nitto kits off of Ebay. The trick is to be very patient and wait for a good price. If you do this, you can get them for about $15 to $30 each which is not very bad.

I started getting mine at the great Hobby store In Orleans, Ontario. Discount Hobbies. They can get everything.

I've gotten mine through friends and off eBay. HobbyLink Japan is a good choice, especially if you're concerned about avoiding recasts. I can't say anything about the kits, but many of the figures that you'll see on eBay are recasts. Some are labeled as such (there's a seller in Hong Kong that lists them that way), others aren't.

If you guys up there in the Great White North have Asian malls, with their own hobby shops, well, beauty eh. We have instead malls with Chinese restaurants in them, that sell no kits.

There is also a forum dedicated to Maschinen Krieger, http://maschinenkrueger.com/forum/ and you might want to check it out. Some members here are members there, too, and I think you'll be able to find more info on those boards, on where to find MaK kits

Hope that helps!
Brad
