Im torn between a trio of tanks! (ok, one is a half-track, but still!)

Should I choose Tamiyas' Hanomag Sdkfz 251/1 or PzKpfw II Ausf. F? Or should I go with Academy's M1A1 Abrams "Iraq 2003"??

All in 1/35.
