Maybe you could try this. I have used these in a diorama. Saved a lot of time.
You buy the mold then cast as many as you need. You can use plaster paris or dental stone ( what I used).

The one window you are referring to is plastic and don't like how it looks. I learned a new trick. You take a very thin glass microscope slide, cut it to shape and once securely glued you break it. Right now the simulated windows are a thin plastic. Once I get the material I will try it on a few windows.
