I am currently working on a BF109. Believe it or not this is my first 109 I am building. I am not sure how I'm going to display it (on a base or not).

The cockpit is assembled no problems there unless you count me dropping parts and a problem.

Need to clean up some pin marks on the inside that will be visible.

Almost ready to start laying paint down before I go any further, but there is that GB I want to partake in.

Bf109 is finished.

No I don't know what happened with the chevron decal, it was placed just fine last night and when I got up this morning it had slid down to that position.

And I am not sure why the canopy fogged on me. I have not had that happen since I started to use acrylic varnish...until now.

I don't know what happened
...you sound like me walking my brother through my renovations: and that's where I goofed the angle on the miter joint, and that's where I couldn't get the electrical receptacle to sit square with the floor!

It looks great!

Take a few minutes to enjoy the moment!

How are you going to display it?

Thinking about doing a runway display for it, I have another base to build for some cars before I base the plane, so I have time to think about it and get photos of runways for reference
