Just spent the afternoon dismantling madams phone to replace the front screen, only to be told after four hours - "Just put it in the bin...." Aaaaaaaaggggggggghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

Finished checking all paperwork for the accountant re the sale so can now continue with the build , so stand by

Been over one colour twice , will hopefully do the others again morrow. A slow task but once you get into it time seems to fly.Still loads to do to these bricks.

Hello all.
Using Woodland Scenics ST1447 Foam Putty as a filler between the bricks the mortar line has been done.
Next will be another coat of the brick colours to enhance and a thin coat of grey for the mortar.

There's more. Today sat and painted the mortar line , then redid the brick colours and another wash on the rendering.

Need to add some sponge work with a slight colour to the render sections.
Hopefully get that done tomorrow afternoon .

Confession time.

I just saw an email alert for this thread. It said "Marder 111" in the subject. It has been bothering me.

It is just the font used I guess, but viewed as a webpage it shows "Marder III", which this is NOT.

That keeps mildly bugging me as well I don't know what it looks like on John's screen, but to me, the title looks like the top of these two when the bottom is what's meant:



Easy enough to fix by editing the title, which John can do if he can still edit the first post in this thread. If he can't, it needs an admin.

Just caught up on the brick work, and as usual better than before. Such a pity it cannot be seen in real life instead of photo's as the finish is so much better...
