the box weight about 30lbs, the build model should be around 24lbs

It's from Dragon, they got a whole selection of 1/6...I'm guessing anyone who sells Dragon models can get it for you

one of the inner spring on the buggy didn't get molded properly and i had to cut out some of the inside to make it fit, other than that smooth sailing so far

Oh yeah the buggy alone has 26 pces!

that's the plan actually, building the small stuff in my shop and going to do the final assembly & paint in the garage

Kit like that takes a whole different approach when it comes to painting it.

Take the bogies for example. I think personally, I would have painted all of the bogie wheels and rubber first as well as the actual suspension piece first before assembling, rather than trying to paint it after. Otherwise you will need to be buying some stock in 3M for the amount of masking tape you are going to need! LOL

We wont use tape all over ;D Brown paper with tape on the edges!
