Hey guys,
This is another one of the models I'm bringing with me to SVSM Kick Off Classic 2012. This time it's the 1/72 Spad VII from JB Models.
The model is available at ecardmodels : http://ecardmodels.com/product_info.php?products_id=2447
for a whopping $3.50 for 3 variants.
In contrast to my previous builds, this one should be a fairly quick one in comparison to the 500+ part Spitfire. In fact, the 500 parts I still have left on the Spitfire make it obvious that I won't be completing it by the deadline. However, I'll still bring it with me and place it in the 'unfinished' category.
Hopefully I'll have this one ready for the contest and on a nice base by the weekend.
Here's the model as of now, with about 4-5 hours in. The cockpit is almost ready for fuselage skinning, all it needs is a gauge, right pedal, and gun.
